Organic Wheatgrass Sprouts
Many people ask us what does "organic" mean. We would like to start explaining that so we are all in the same page.
Organic in our case means in simple words "made without chemicals nor pesticides".
How important can that be you may ask? In our opinion, very important! Let us explain...
Many of the non-organic companies throughout the world uses heavy chemicals to make sure your veggies are clean of bugs and fungies. The plants look good but they come to you full of bad chemicals that will stick to your body perhaps until you die. Many of the chemicals used in the 80s for example are now know to cause cancer among many other problems.
That is why it is important to us that we control our production using only a natural balanced process.
We drink wheatgrass juice from the same sprouts we sell to you. This way we are living examples of the results of this marvellous vegetable as well as reenforcement that it is safe.
At this point, we are just thinking about organic certification because that costs a lot and we preffer to keep our prices as low as possible.
